I will be watching the results of this investigation.
Police say their car was surrounded, with at least one person reaching inside to make physical contact.
If that is the case, you have to connect the dots that, even if you are unarmed, if you physically attack the police, your life may be forfeit. If you shove a police officer, he is probably not going to tell you to “stop that, pretty please.”
On the other hand, the bystanders are saying that is not what happened. Are they *all lying? If so, interview them separately and their story will fall apart, right?
I reserve judgment on this case for a while . . .
